The list of team cadres of the Swiss 1st Bundesliga in chess 2009/10 contains all players who were registered for the Swiss Federal Chess League 2009/10 .
The eight participating clubs reported 20 players each, but not all of them were used. Basel BVB made do with 11 players, Lugano CS offered most of the players, namely 18. A total of 113 players were used in the 2009/10 season, 16 of whom played in all competitions.
Players from 11 nations were registered, with the majority of the foreigners coming from the neighboring countries of Germany, France and Italy.
The highest number of points was achieved by Christoph Drechsler (Nimzowitsch Zurich), Florian Jenni and Kambez Nuri (both ASK Winterthur) with 5 points each from 7 games. With Florian Bous (SV Wollishofen), Felix Csajka (Nimzowitsch Zurich), Felix Hindermann, Markus Alexander Kauch (both Réti Zurich), Gilles Mirallès , Sophie Milliet , Gilles Terreaux (all Valais) and Nico Georgiadis (ASK Winterthur) eight players reached 100 %, but had comparatively few missions. Terreaux played 4 games, Csajka and Bous two each, the other named players were each used once.
The season’s oldest player was Stanislav Valencak (* 1932), who played a game for Niederrohrdorf, and the youngest player was Nico Georgiadis (* 1996).

Victories without a fight are taken into account in the individual balance sheets, defeats without a fight are not taken into account. In the competition between Réti Zurich and Lugano CS, the Zurich team won two boards without a fight, without the latter having to nominate a player for the boards. Therefore, these two victories without a fight are not taken into account in the individual results of Réti Zurich.
