Marcus Per Eriksson (born December 5, 1993 in Uppsala ) is a Swedish basketball player .

career

Eriksson played for KFUM Uppsala in his home country until 2010 , partly in the youth, partly with the men's team in the second division. He moved to Bàsquet Manresa in Spain before the 2010/11 season , where he was used in youth and four games in the ACB league.

In 2011 he accepted a contract offer from FC Barcelona , initially strengthening the youth team and the second Barca men in the Spanish third division, LEB Plata. He booked his first short appearances in Barcelona's colors in the ACB league in the 2012/13 season, during the 2013/14 season he played again on loan for Manresa before returning to Barcelona. In October 2014, the Swede tore a cruciate ligament in his left knee, had to undergo an operation and was therefore out for a long time.
