Marcus Darrell Williams (born December 3, 1985 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American basketball player . He is currently under contract with the Serbian club Red Star Belgrade .
Career
Williams attended the University of Connecticut and played for the team there. He then briefly worked under the basket for the Connecticut Huskies based there.
In 2006, Williams was drafted by the New Jersey Nets and played two seasons (2006/2007) with them. In the 2008/09 season he played for the Golden State Warriors , who had signed him on July 22, 2008.
