Margaret Forster
Margaret Forster (born May 25, 1938 in Carlisle , † February 8, 2016 in London ) was a British teacher, journalist and writer.
biography
She studied history at Somerville College , Oxford . Biographies appeared alongside her novels published by Penguin Books . In 1975 she became a member of the Royal Society of Literature .
She was married to the writer and radio journalist Hunter Davies and had three children.
