Margerita Trombini-Kazuro (born November 19, 1891 in Warsaw ; † January 1, 1979 there ) was a Polish pianist , harpsichordist and music teacher .

Trombini-Kazuro studied in Warsaw with Rudolf Strobl , Henryk Melcer and Egon Petri , in Rome with Giovanni Sgambati , in Paris with Wanda Landowska and Wilhelm Kempff . She made her debut as a pianist in Rome in 1911 and made successful concert tours through Italy, France, Germany, Finland, Norway and Hungary.

From 1919 she taught at the Warsaw Conservatory, from 1946 at the Higher State Music School (today Fryderyk Chopin University of Music ); 1957–1964 she headed the second piano department there. Her students included u. a. Andrzej Wąsowski, Barbara Hesse-Bukowska , Miłosz Magin , Kazimierz Gierżod , Andrzej Ratusiński , Tomasz Kiesewetter and Szábolcs Esztényi . As a juror, she took part in various piano competitions, in particular the International Chopin Competition .

Margerita Trombini-Kazuro was married to the composer Stanisław Kazuro .
