In the 20th episode of Agents of SHIELD , Hill works for Stark Industries after the official breakup of SHIELD and supports Phil Coulson in an operation against former and later enemy SHIELD agent Grant Ward. In the 41st episode, Hill learns from Coulson that Loki's scepter is in Sokovia, whereupon she sends the Avengers there to recapture the scepter. In Avengers: Endgame , both of the other missing people are brought back by the remaining Avengers.
Together with Nick Fury, Maria Hill supports Peter Parker (Spider-Man) in the fight against the Elementals and Quentin Beck (Mysterio) in the film Spider-Man: Far From Home . The post-credit scene features Talos and Soren, two shapeshifters of the alien race known as the Skrulls, who had been posing as Fury and Hill the entire time on the instructions of the real Nick Fury.
