Iron Man: Rise of Technovore is a 2013 cartoon from Marvel Studios . The film is about the cartoon character Iron Man , who was created by Stan Lee and Larry Lieber .
action
Iron Man wants a new satellite launch "Howard". Like his father once did, this satellite is supposed to monitor humanity and thus influence it positively. At the start there is an attack by a terrorist group and a young man who introduces himself as Ezekiel . It comes to a catastrophe: The satellite starts, but apart from Iron Man no one seems to survive the attack.
Nick Fury , head of SHIELD , wants to question Iron Man - but he wants to hunt down Ezekiel, who also killed his friend War Machine in the attack . Fury sends Black Widow and Hawkeye out to catch Iron Man. Iron Man hides first with his employee Pepper and then with the Punisher , while he tries to find out who Ezekiel is. The Punisher has more information about Ezekiel: It becomes clear that Ezekiel uses Technovore, a novel combination of human DNA and technology.
Iron Man finds and defeats Ezekiel - and brings him to the SHIELD helicopter carrier. Iron Man also learns there that his friend War Machine has been recovered seriously injured. Ezekiel breaks out of his cell and finally transforms into a non-human being called Technovore. He tries to destroy humanity - and wants to try this through the military satellites. War Machine and Iron Man fight him. Ultimately, Iron Man lets himself be "absorbed" by the creature and War Machine fires at the ARC reactor in Tony's chest - the explosion kills Technovore.
