Mario Eusebio Mestril Vega (born March 5, 1940 in Nuevitas ) is Bishop of Ciego de Ávila .
Life
Mario Eusebio Mestril Vega was ordained a priest on August 4, 1964 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Cediae and auxiliary bishop in Camagüey on November 16, 1991 . The Bishop of Camagüey, Adolfo Rodríguez Herrera , donated him episcopal ordination on February 9 of the following year ; Co - consecrators were Faustino Sainz Muñoz , Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Cuba , and Pedro Claro Meurice Estiu , Archbishop of Santiago de Cuba .
On February 2, 1996 he was appointed bishop of Ciego de Ávila.
