Mario Gariazzo

Mario Gariazzo (born June 4, 1930 in Biella , Italy , † March 18, 2002 in Rome ) was an Italian director and screenwriter . His pseudonym was Roy Garrett .

Life

Gariazzo graduated in literature and philosophy and worked as a journalist for u. a. Gazzetta del Popolo , Avanti! , La Stampa and “Biella Sport”. He came into the film business as managing director of a film distributor (MG Arte Varia); so he soon produced and devoted himself to screenwriting; from 1969 he also staged regularly across all common genres . At the beginning of the 1990s he devoted himself to painting. He was also considered a UFO expert and was allegedly connected to the CIA .
