Marius Marx

Marius Marx (* 1968 in Rendsburg ) is a German actor , voice actor and musician .

Life

Marx was born in Rendsburg as the second child of the conductor and composer Hans-Joachim Marx and the actress Erica Marx .

He grew up in Flensburg . He received his first violin lessons at the age of seven. After graduating from high school in Flensburg, he completed his military service in the chamber orchestra of the Army Music Corps 2 in Kassel. During this time he took his first acting lessons from Hermann-Josef Geiger in Kiel and from 1988 to 1991 continued his training at the Elisabethbühne (drama school at the Schauspielhaus Salzburg) in Salzburg . The first piece contract followed at the Stralsund Theater . He then worked at several theaters in Germany, including the Schlosstheater Celle , the Städtische Bühnen Regensburg , the Komödie Salzburg , the Württembergische Landesbühne Esslingen , the Landestheater Tübingen , the Schauspiel Chemnitz (fixed from the 2008/09 season, later still as Guest), the Plauen-Zwickau Theater and the Görlitz Theater .

He also worked as a speaker for radio and television in features, radio plays and documentaries, among others. a. for the SWR , the NDR and the WDR as well as for private studios and companies.

He is also repeatedly active as a musician. He was a stage musician a. a. in musical productions, played in various salon music ensembles and made church music . He was the founder of the tango quintet "tango rubio", later "TANGO MUNDIAL". He is a member of the Gran Orquesta Carambolage (one of the largest traditional tango ensembles in Europe with over 25 members), the Octeto Carambolage and the Collegium Instrumentale Chemnitz .

Marx lives in Chemnitz .
