Marvin Grumann (born June 23, 1993 in Borken ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Marvin Grumann grew up in Schermbeck and played for ten years at SV Schermbeck before joining the U15 team at FC Schalke 04 in 2007. There he went through the other youth classes up to the A-youth (U-19). In his first U-19 year, however, he was only used four times in the Junior National League West .

From the move within the league to promoted Rot-Weiß Oberhausen, he hoped for more match practice in 2011. In the A-youth (U-19) of RWO he became a regular player and team captain. He also took part in the training of the first team at the age of 18. On the 7th matchday of the 2011/12 season, he came under coach Theo Schneider in the final phase of the third division game against Chemnitzer FC (0: 1) for the first time. This was followed by another 45-minute assignment in the away game at Arminia Bielefeld (0: 3). The other games he played in the A-Jugend-Bundesliga , in which he had three goals and a total of 12 assists in 24 appearances.

For the 2012/13 season , Grumann was officially included in the professional squad. There he only came to six regional league games, mostly he was used in the RWO reserve. From the summer of 2014 he was under contract with the regional league promoted FC Kray , with whom he relegated to the Oberliga Niederrhein in 2016 . He then moved to SSVg Velbert, which was also relegated to the upper league . In the 2017/18 season, Grumann strengthened the SG Welper district division.
