Massulo or Mussulo is a municipality in the metropolitan area of Luanda , the capital of Angola .
Massulo belonged to the Samba community . Since the changes in the administrative structure after 2011, Massulo is a separate municipality (Comuna) in the district ( Município ) of Luanda, in the province of Luanda .
