Matheus Alves Leandro (born May 19, 1993 in Minas Gerais ) is a Brazilian soccer player .
Career
Matheus Alves Leandro learned to play football in his youth from the traditional Brazilian club Fluminense in Rio de Janeiro . Here he also signed his first contract in 2013. During that time he was loaned to various clubs. The first loan from 2013 to 2014 was to France , where he played for FC Istres . The club played in the second French league, Ligue 2 . After the season you had to go to the third division and you got relegated to the national (D3) . In 2015 he was loaned to the Finnish club FC Lahti . The club, based in Lahti , played in the country's first division, the Veikkausliiga . After a year in Scandinavia , he moved to South Korea and played for Gangwon FC in the second division, the K League 2 . He scored eleven goals in 35 games. In 2017 he went to Malaysia and played for Pahang FA . The club played in the second division, the Malaysia Super League . After his contract with Fluminense ended, he signed a contract with the South Korean club Suwon FC in 2018 . The club played in the K League 2 and is based in Suwon . After 13 games, he moved to Thailand on loan in mid-2018 , where he signed a contract with first division club Chonburi FC . In 2019 he signed a contract with league rivals PT Prachuap FC , a club that also plays in the Thai League . He appeared 13 times for Prachuap in 2019. From June to January 2020 he was without a contract and without a club. In February 2020 he signed a contract with the first division newly promoted Police Tero FC in Bangkok .
