Matthew Fox (actor)
Matthew Fox (born July 14, 1966 in Crowheart , Wyoming ) is an American actor .
Life
Raised on a horse ranch in Crowheart , he attended Wind River High School at the age of six and then went on to study at Deerfield Academy in Massachusetts . He has been with his wife Margherita, with whom he has two children, since 1992.
In Germany, Matthew Fox was best known for the youth series Party of Five (1994-2000). From 2004 to 2010 he played the role of Dr. Jack Shephard in the US television series Lost to him in 2006 was nominated for a Golden Globe in the category as Best Actor in a Television Series ( Drama earned). In the same category he was nominated for an Emmy in 2010 .
