Matthew Kibowen Kosgei

Matthew Kibowen Kosgei (* 1983 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .

In 2006 he won the Krakow Marathon . The following year he defended his title in Krakow and finished fourth in the Košice Marathon . In 2008 he set a course record in the Poznan Marathon with 2:13:45 h, and in 2009 he won the Dębno Marathon and came third in the Baden Marathon .

In 2010 he was fifth in the Mumbai Marathon and, in his personal best of 2:10:57 h, in the Hamburg Marathon , in which his wife Sharon Jemutai Cherop won the competition for women.
