The patronage is October 12th.

The churches are widespread in the Austrian, formerly Habsburg and Bavarian regions. The main churches are the Basilica of St. Laurentius zu Enns , which is perhaps on the site of the early Christian church, and Sv. Maksimilijana zu Celje, as the birth and death church of the saint.
