Mayo-Kebbi Ouest ( Mayo-Kebbi West ) is a region of Chad and corresponds to the southwestern part of the former Mayo-Kebbi Prefecture. Their capital is Pala . In 2009 the region had a population of 564,470.

Mayo-Kebbi Ouest is located in the southwest of the country and borders Cameroon . The region is named after the Mayo Kebbi River .

Mayo-Kebbi Ouest is divided into the two départements Mayo-Dallah (main town Pala) and Lac Léré .

The 1350 km² wildlife reserve Binder-Léré is located in the administrative region.
