Meggyeskovácsi is a Hungarian municipality in Sárvár County in Vas County . It is located on the left bank of the Raab River .
history
Meggyeskovácsi was created in 1970 by merging the places Balozsameggyes and Rábakovácsi . Balozsamegyes, on the other hand, emerged from the villages of Balozsa and Megyes in 1889 and has been called Balozsameggyes since 1903 .
