In March 2005 he signed a professional contract with his club and, in addition to his work in the second selection, also regularly took part in the training of the professional team. He was part of the professional team for four seasons and was used sporadically. The 2008/09 season he spent on loan from second division Altay Izmir and the following season also on loan from Çaykur Rizespor .
At the end of the 2009/10 season, his contract with Beşiktaş ended and he moved to the new season for promoted Konyaspor . At the end of the season he could not keep relegation with his club. So Sedef moved within the league to Gençlerbirliği Ankara .
For the winter break of the second half of the 2012/13 season, he left Gençlerbirliği and switched to league rivals Antalyaspor . After Antalyaspor missed the relegation of the Süper Lig in the summer of 2014 , Sedef went with this in the TFF 1st Lig . Here he was with his club play-off winners of the league and thus achieved direct promotion back to the Süper Lig. Despite this success, he dissolved his one-year contract with opposing agreements.
After the contract with Antalyaspor was terminated, Sedef moved to the first division club Gaziantepspor . After half a season he moved to the second division Adanaspor in the spring of 2016 . With this club he ended the season as a second division champion and rose to the Süper Lig. In the second first division promotion of his career, he was involved with 13 league appearances. After the rise, his contract was terminated by mutual agreement and Sedef was handed over to the Istanbul second division club Ümraniyespor .
