The Fortis Türkiye Kupası 2005/06 was the 44th edition of the Turkish Cup competition . The competition began on August 31, 2005 with the 1st round and ended on May 3, 2006 with the final. In the final meet Fenerbahce and Besiktas each other. For both clubs it was the eleventh participation in the final. This constellation already existed in the 1988/89 season.

The venue was the Ataturk Stadium in Izmir . The winner was Beşiktaş Istanbul and won this title for the sixth time.
