The Türkiye Kupası 1964/65 was the 3rd edition of the Turkish soccer cup competition . The competition began on September 6, 1964 with the 1st main round and ended on September 1, 1965 with the second leg of the finals. Galatasaray Istanbul and Fenerbahçe Istanbul met in the final. For Fenerbahçe it was the second participation in the final. Galatasaray has participated in all the finals since the cup competition was launched and won the cup for the third time in a row.
The first leg ended 0-0. In the second leg, Galatasaray won 1-0 with a penalty from Metin Oktay in the 33rd minute of the game.
