Türkiye Kupası 1999/2000

The Türkiye Kupası 2000/01 was the 39th edition of the Turkish Football Cup competition . The competition began on October 4, 2000 with the 1st round and ended on April 11, 2001 with the finals. In the final meet Fenerbahce and Gençlerbirliği Ankara each other. Fenerbahçe took part in the final for the ninth time and Gençlerbirliği Ankara for the second time.

Gençlerbirliği Ankara defeated Fenerbahçe Istanbul 4-1 on penalties and won this competition for the second time. The venue was the Ataturk Stadium in Kayseri .
