The Türkiye Kupası 2003/04 was the 42nd edition of the Turkish Cup competition . The competition began on November 12, 2003 with the first round and ended on May 5, 2004 with the final. As in the previous season, Trabzonspor and Gençlerbirliği Ankara met in the final . Trabzonspor took part in the final for the twelfth time and Gençlerbirliği Ankara for the fourth time.
Trabzonspor defeated Gençlerbirliği 4-0 and won this competition for the seventh time. The venue was the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul .

1st main round
The first main round took place on November 12, 2003. In this round 33 clubs competed: the three relegated teams in the 2002/03 Süper Lig season, all teams in the 2nd division, Category A (2nd division) and the 12 best teams in the 2nd division, Category B (3rd division).
Gaziantep BB received the only bye and was directly qualified for the 2nd main round.
