Genevieve is the owner of the Roses for Romance flower shop in Brooklyn . The romantic likes to advise others in matters of love, but is single herself. So that no one can break her heart or disappoint her, she has set up the rule for herself that after the fifth meeting with a man everything is over and she no longer sees the man. One day she meets Greg, who is renovating an empty shop nearby to open the tapas bar Get on Tapas . They both fall in love. At the fourth meeting, she stays with him for two days, after which he does not contact her anymore. She is upset, but then finds out that he counted the second day of the fourth meeting as the fifth and just wanted to stick to her rules. Both are too proud to admit to each other that they would like to see each other again. Eventually both of them overcome their fears and find each other.
