Amir Arison

Amir Arison (born March 24, 1978 in St. Louis , Missouri ) is an American actor . His best-known roles are that of Aram Mojtabai in The Blacklist , which he had played as a leading role since season 2 and previously as a supporting role, as well as that of Prince Farid Bin Abbud in Homeland . In addition, Arison was seen as Theo Riley in the series Zero Hour .

Life

After some theater engagements in the plays "Omnium Gatherum" and "Modern Orthodox", Arison began his acting career in 2003 in the series Springfield Story (OT: The Guiding Light). His first long-term role was that of Dr. Manning in the series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit , which he was a guest actor in several episodes. In October 2011 he was seen in two episodes of the hit series Homeland in the role of Prince Farid Bin Abbud.

He has also had guest roles in American Horror Story , Gossip Girl , True Justice and The Mentalist , among others . Since the end of 2012 he appeared in the short-lived US series Zero Hour . He has been on the cast of The Blacklist series since 2013 . His role Aram Mojtabai was initially a recurring supporting actor in season 1, while he was included in the main cast of the series with the start of the second season.
