Menneville is a village in the French department of Aisne in Picardy . The previously independent municipalities of Guignicourt and Menneville were merged with effect from January 1, 2019 to form the Commune nouvelle Villeneuve-sur-Aisne . Since then they have been Communes déléguées .
It is surrounded by the neighboring towns of Prouvais in the northwest, Proviseux-et-Plesnoy in the north, Neufchâtel-sur-Aisne in the northeast, Pignicourt in the southeast, Variscourt in the southwest and Guignicourt in the west.
