Method Kilaini
Method Kilaini (born March 30, 1948 in Katoma , Tanzania ) is a Tanzanian clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Bukoba .
Life
Method Kilaini received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Bukoba on March 18, 1972 through the Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples , Cardinal Agnelo Rossi .
On 22 December 1999 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Strumnitza and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Dar es Salaam . The Archbishop of Dar es Salaam, Polycarp Cardinal Pengo , donated him episcopal ordination on March 18, 2000 ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Bukoba, Nestorius Timanywa , and the Bishop of Musoma , Justin Tetmu Samba . On December 5, 2009 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the auxiliary bishop in Bukoba.
With the dissolution of the titular diocese Strumnitza on October 31, 2018 by Pope Francis , it was transferred to the titular diocese of Tamalluma .
