Michael Moritz
Michael Moritz (* 1968 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German actor and writer .
Life
Michael Moritz grew up in the southern Baden community of Bötzingen . After graduating from high school in 1988, he studied acting at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen . This was followed by engagements as an actor, body trainer and choreographer at the Staatstheater Stuttgart , the Schauspielhaus Zürich and the Burgtheater .
In 1998 he moved to Italy. There he produced short films for Swiss television and Bavarian radio. He has lived in Vienna since 2010 . He works as a lecturer at various drama schools.
He is the author of plays and a number of crime novels , all of which have been published by Emons Verlag in Cologne .
