Michael Starkl

Michael Starkl (* 1982 in Tulln an der Donau , Austria ) is an Austrian actor and acrobatist.

Education and career

After training in acrobatics , he graduated from the Berlin University of the Arts in 2009 . During his studies, he played leading roles in numerous plays such as Some like it hot (2005), Maya and Co (2006), Battle of the Century (2008) and later in Westsidestory (2011) and Blue Jeans (2012).

While working at the theater, he began to appear in front of the camera for various films and series - including the feature film Dr. Ketel (2011), the television films Father Out of the Blue (2010) and Blonder als die Polizei haben (2012) as well as the series SOKO Wismar (2011), Eine wie Keine (2010), Hand auf Herz (2011) and The Last Bull ( 2013).

Michael Starkl is a passionate dancer and martial artist . In addition to ballet , jazz , modern dance and street dance , he regularly trains kickboxing , boxing and Woo! Zen in his adopted home Berlin .
