Michaela Eva Bartel (born November 9, 1970 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ). She has been a member of the Salzburg state parliament since 2015 .

Life

Michaela Eva Bartel attended the Gnigl elementary school and the Plainstrasse sports school in Salzburg from 1985 to 1990 at the commercial academy / commercial school in Salzburg. In 1992, she placed the university entrance exam and AHS - Matura from, starting in 1992, she studied journalism and communication sciences at the University of Salzburg . Since 1998 she has been working as a sole proprietorship in the marketing and training sector.

From 1998 to 2005 she was regional chairwoman of the young economy in the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce , since 1998 she has been a member of the regional management of the Salzburg Economic Association and since 1999 deputy district chairwoman of the Salzburg Economic Association. Since 2000 she has been a member of the economic parliament of the Chamber of Commerce and the control committee of the social insurance institute for the commercial economy , and since 2010 she has been chairwoman of the Salzburg-Stadt district office of the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce. She has also been President of the Sportunion Salzburg since 2017 .

On February 4, 2015, she was sworn in as a member of the Salzburg state parliament , succeeding Gerlinde Rogatsch in the 15th legislative period . In the ÖVP state parliament club, she acts as the area spokesperson for sport, consumer protection, urban development, health and hospitals.
