Michel Côté (born June 25, 1950 in Alma , Québec ) is a Canadian actor .

Life

Côté completed his acting education at the National Theater School in 1973. He has been married to actress Véronique Le Flaguais since 1972 and has two children.

In 2001, Côté was nominated as best actor at the Prix ​​Jutra for La vie après l'amour . Two Genie Award nominations were made in 1990 for Sweet Machos ( Cruising Bar ) and in 2005 for The Last Tunnel ( Le dernier tunnel ). At the 26th Genie Awards in 2006, Côté won Best Actor for CRAZY - Crazy Life . The 2006 Prix ​​Jutra for the same film went to him in the Best Supporting Actor category.
