Michel Miklík (born July 31, 1982 in Piešťany , Czechoslovakia ) is a Slovak ice hockey player who has been under contract with HC Košice in the Extraliga since 2016 .

Career

Michel Miklík began his career as a hockey player in the youth of the ŠHK 37 Piešťany , in which he was active until 1998. After a two-year break, the winger moved in 2000 to the youth department of the MHk 32 Liptovský Mikuláš , for whose professional team he made his debut in the extra league in the 2001/02 season , where he remained pointless and punished in 15 games in his rookie year . During his time at Liptovský Mikuláš, he also played two games for the second division SaHK Iskra Banská Bystrica in the 2004/05 season , and in 22 games in the 2005/06 season, in which he scored seven points, including four goals, for the MsHK Žilina scored. In the summer of 2007, Miklik was committed by HC Košice , with whom he was Slovak champion for the first time in the 2008/09 season .

In the summer of 2009 HC Košice exchanged him for Peter Mikuš from HC Dukla Trenčín . For the 2010/11 season , however, he returned to HC Košice and became Slovak champions for the second time with the team at the end of the season.

Between 2012 and 2014, Miklík was active in the Continental Hockey League for HC Slovan Bratislava and was one of the top performers in the team. In the 2013/14 season he was also the team-internal top scorer of HC Slovan with 32 scorer points. In May 2014 he was signed by Amur Khabarovsk and was under contract there until September 2015. Then he returned to Slovan.
