Mighty Ducks - The Powerteam ( English Mighty Ducks ) is a 26-part US animated series by the Walt Disney Company from 1996. The series is based on the feature film series of the same name starring Emilio Estevez .

After their home planet Puckworld was destroyed by Lord Dragaunus, the Mighty Ducks fled to Earth. There they live camouflaged as an ice hockey team. The members of the Mighty Ducks Wildwing, Nosedive, Duke L'Orange, Mallory, Tanya and Grin take up the fight against Dragaunus from there, as he now also wants to take the earth. Due to their ice hockey talent, the Mighty Ducks are assigned manager Phil Palmfeather and will soon be playing as a successful ice hockey team in the National Hockey League .
In addition to Dragaunus and his gang, Lucretia DeCoy, Captain Klegghorn, the "wannabe superhero" Mondoman, Dr. Droid, Asteroth and Falcone in the way of the Mighty Ducks.
