Stefan Fredrich

Stefan Fredrich (born April 27, 1954 in Berlin ) is a German voice actor .

biography

After completing his school education, Fredrich went to the Hochschule für Musik for two years and then to the "Fritz Kirchhoff" drama school in Berlin for three and a half years. He then had various engagements at the Kurfürstendamm Theater and the Winterhuder Fährhaus in Hamburg . He is the standard German voice of Jim Carrey . In addition to Jim Carrey, he dubbed a variety of other actors, including John Turturro in most of his films, Vince Vaughn , Meat Loaf (e.g. in The Mighty or Fight Club ), Eriq La Salle (in the first four seasons of the Emergency Room series ), Drew Carey ( The Drew Carey Show ), and Bruce Campbell as Sam Ax on the television series Burn Notice . In the films Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace , Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clone Warriors and in the series The Clone Wars , he played the role of Jar Jar Binks . In addition, he lent his voice to the main character in the animated series Duckman .

As a dialogue director , he was responsible for the German versions of films such as Eine wie keine , Big Mamas Haus and Pitch Black .
