Michael Joseph Alsott (* 21st December 1973 in Joliet , Illinois ) is a former American American football poker players who spent his entire career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the National Football League (NFL) in the position of full backs played.

Early years

Alstott went to high school in his native Joliet, Illinois. He later attended Purdue University .

NFL

In the 1996 NFL Draft , he was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the second round in 35th place. He scored his first touchdown on the 8th matchday of the 1996 season in the 9-13 defeat against the Arizona Cardinals . In total, he scored three touchdowns in his first season. In 1997 he was elected to the Pro Bowl for the first time . In the 2001 season he achieved his career record with 10 run touchdowns in one season. From 1997 to 2002 he was appointed to the Pro Bowl six times in a row. He missed the 2007 season due to a neck injury. On January 24, 2008, he announced the end of his career.
