The IX. The Micronesia Games are scheduled to take place on July 15-27, 2018 in the Yap Islands of the Federated States of Micronesia . After 2002 and 2014 it is the third event in the States.

Eleven nations and regions compete in 13 sports. The most successful nation was Palau .
