Wilhelmina "Minie" Brinkhoff (born December 19, 1952 in Zevenaar ) is a former Dutch cyclist .

Minie Brinkhoff was one of the most successful and versatile cyclists in the Netherlands in the 1970s. In 1972 she became Dutch champion in the sprint on the track , finished second in the single pursuit and third in the road race . In the same year she was third in the World Railroad Championships in Marseille in sprint. 1973 Brinkhoff was second in the Dutch championships in the sprint and third in the pursuit; the following year she was again Dutch champion in the sprint, in the pursuit she finished third, in the road race second.

At the UCI Road World Championships in 1977 in San Cristóbal , she was third in the road race. Twice, in 1971 and 1972, she also won the renowned road race for women "Profronde van Surhuisterveen".

Minie Brinkhoff's first marriage was to the Dutch track cyclist Peter Nieuwenhuis .
