Miran Pavlin (born October 8, 1971 , in Murska Sobota , SFR Yugoslavia , today Slovenia ) is a Slovenian football player .

About the stations NK Triglav, Živila Naklo he learned to play football at NK Olimpija Ljubljana . With the capital club, the midfielder became champion, cup winner and made the leap into the national team. In the season 96/97 he moved to Dynamo Dresden in the German regional league . With his outstanding performance (29 games, 6 goals), he quickly offered himself to higher-class clubs. The following season he played for SC Freiburg and rose to the Bundesliga with the Breisgauers . After mixed performances in the German football club, he moved to Karlsruher SC during the winter break of 99/00 . The following summer he signed with the Portuguese top club FC Porto , but was never happy there. After participating in the World Cup in 2002 , he holds a. fit at Samsunspor and Olimpja Ljubljana. After a year wasted, he moved to Cyprus to Olympiacos Nicosia (03/04) and APOEL Nicosia (04/05).
