Misty Hyman

Misty Dawn Marie Hyman (born March 23, 1979 in Mesa , Arizona ) is a former American swimmer .

With the Olympic Games 2000 in Sydney it was sensational in the 200m butterfly Olympic champion in front of the favorite "Madame Butterfly" Susie O'Neill . Later she was unable to confirm this triumph and resigned from swimming after unsuccessful qualification for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens .
