Mońki is a city in the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Poland . It is the seat of the Powiat Moniecki and the urban and rural municipality Mońki with about 15,000 inhabitants.
Geographical location
The city is located in north-eastern Poland about 40 kilometers northwest of Białystok .
