Molère ( Gascon Molera ) is a town in the French community Benqué-Molère and a former municipality last 36 inhabitants (at January 1, 2014) in the department of Hautes-Pyrénées in the region Occitania (before 2016 Midi-Pyrenees ). The inhabitants are called Molérois .

Molère is about 25 kilometers southeast of Tarbes .

history

On January 1, 2017, the municipality of Molère was merged with the neighboring municipality of Benqué to form the municipality of Benqué-Molère. It belonged to the Arrondissement of Bagnères-de-Bigorre and the canton of La Vallée de l'Arros et des Baïses (until 2015 Lannemezan ).
