Momodou Ceesay (born December 24, 1988 in Banjul ) is a Gambian football player who has been playing for the Slovak club MŠK Žilina on the position of a striker since the summer of 2010 . With two goals in the Champions League playoffs against Sparta Prague, he played a key role in ensuring that Žilina moved into the Champions League group stage for the first time in the club's history. For the Gambian national soccer team he was on May 30, 2010 during a friendly against Mexico . With the U-17 national team of his home country, he took part in the U-17 World Cup in Peru in 2005 , where he played in three group matches against the Netherlands, Qatar and Brazil, scoring two goals.
