Mont Pellier – Brownes Bay is a location in the Parish of Saint Phillip on the Caribbean island of Antigua , in the state of Antigua and Barbuda .

Location and landscape

Mont Pellier – Brownes Bay / Gaynors is an official statistical census district ( English enumeration district ) in the remote southeast of the island. It includes the localities on the inner south coast of Nonsuch Bay around Skerrets Bay , Brownes Bay , Hughes Bay and the estuary of Ayers Creek , where remote Gaynors is also located. The small Nanny Island is located in Nonsuch Bay .

The location has only around 10 (permanent) residents, the area is a hotel and villa area.

History and infrastructure
