Moreira de Cónegos is a Portuguese community ( freguesia ). It is located in the district of Guimarães , has an area of 4.7 km² and 4853 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011) which corresponds to a population density of 1027 inhabitants / km². The place was raised on August 30, 1995 to Vila (German: small town ).
Sports
The football club Moreirense FC played from 2002/03 to 2004/05 , in the 2012/13 season and from the 2014/15 season in the first division .
