The Motorway M-4 is a highway under construction in Pakistan . It is the continuation of the M-3 to the south and runs from Faisalabad to Multan through the middle of the country.

Construction of the M-4 began on August 19, 2009. Construction is scheduled to take three years and be completed by the end of 2012. The motorway is being built in four phases. The estimated cost of the 233 km long highway is $ 600 million.
