Mount Rabben is a 1540 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . In the Napier Mountains, it rises 3 km northeast of Mount Griffiths .
Norwegian cartographers, who called him Rabben (freely translated from Norwegian , Small Elongated Hill ), mapped him using aerial photographs taken as part of the Lars Christensen Expedition in 1936/37 . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names transferred the name to English in 1970. The background is the Norwegian name of the same name for the Rabben Ridge of the Mayr range in Queen Maud Land .
