Mounty RP Zentara (* 1964 in Hall in Tirol ) is an Austrian light , installation and concept artist . Zentara lives in Vienna.

Life

The formerly autodidact artist Zentara studied from 2002 to 2008 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna “Painting in the extended space” in the master class of Franz Graf and graduated with the title “Magister der Künste” with Daniel Richter . In 2003 Zentara founded the artist group "Two People One Work" together with his wife, the sculptor Karin Sulimma . In the same year the art project "Area 53" was created, an exhibition space for contemporary national and international art in Vienna's 6th district. Several stays in the USA were important for Zentara's life and artistic work.
