Nästansjö ( South Sami Neasna ) is a place ( Småort ) in the Swedish province of Västerbotten County and the historic province of Lapland .

The place of the municipality Vilhelmina is about 30 kilometers north of the main town Vilhelmina . The secondary Länsväg AC 1083 runs through Nästansjö. Another Länsväg, AC 1084, branches off here. The village of Nästansjö is located on the lake of the same name, Nästansjö. The closest train station to the Inlandsbahn is the Volgsele station about twelve kilometers away .
