Storseleby ( South Sami Jijnjesovvene ) is a place in the Swedish province of Västerbotten County and the historical province (landskap) Lapland .

The place of the municipality Vilhelmina is about 30 kilometers north of Vilhelmina . The European route 45 ( Inlandsvägen ) leads past the place. The secondary Länsväg AC 1088 runs through Storseleby. The Inlandsbahn station is two kilometers south of the town center ; however, this bears the name of the river Vojmån, which flows past a little to the west .

Before 2015, Storseleby had the status of a småort with last (2010) 56 inhabitants on an area of ​​21 hectares , but lost the status as the population fell below 50.
