Néville-sur-Mer , until 1956 Néville , is a town in the French department of Manche in Normandy . The previously independent municipality was merged with Cosqueville , Gouberville and Réthoville to form the Commune nouvelle Vicq-sur-Mer with effect from January 1, 2016 . Since then it has been a commune déléguée with 193 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017).

Néville-sur-Mer is located on the northeast coast of the Cotentin Peninsula on the English Channel . Neighboring towns are Gouberville in the east, Tocqueville in the south and Réthoville in the west.
